This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a dependable problem solver with strong technical knowledge and a passion for service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues quickly and efficientlyPerform maintenance, repairs, and new installations that meet all code and safety standardsSupervise job sites, communicate timelines, and manage workflow independentlyRecord service orders and report progress to service managementEnsure all selected options are cost-effective without compromising qualityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPromote safety culture and follow all 5 Points Electrical policies and proceduresProvide excellent customer service and represent the company professionallyQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience operating/running a service truck preforming commercial and residential work.Generator, installation and maintenance experience.Valid driver's license with clean driving recordCurrent electrical license or certification (preferred but not required)Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematicsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experience and other factors401(k) with employer match after 6 monthsMedical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 daysEmployer-paid Life Insurance after 90 daysPTO: 40 hours after 90 days + 8 additional hours each anniversary year6 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays after 90 daysCompany equipment and support providedQuarterly/yearly reviews with milestone-based growth and compensation roadmap
