Our mission is to make brain science more accessible, research-informed, and connected to real community needs through education, science communication, public health awareness, and community partnerships.Role OverviewNΞUROLINK is seeking volunteer advisory board members to provide guidance, professional insight, and strategic support as the initiative continues to grow. This is a non-paid volunteer role designed for individuals who want to contribute their knowledge, experience, and perspective to help advance neuroscience education, brain health literacy, research engagement, and community impact.Volunteer Work May IncludeAdvisory board members may support NΞUROLINK by providing feedback on programs, reviewing educational materials, advising on research communication, helping identify community needs, supporting outreach strategy, assisting with partnership development, mentoring student leaders, offering professional guidance, helping with event ideas, and contributing to the long-term growth of the initiative.Who We Are Looking ForWe welcome professionals, faculty members, researchers, graduate students, healthcare professionals, educators, public health leaders, nonprofit leaders, and industry professionals with experience or interest in neuroscience, psychology, biology, medicine, public health, mental health, education, healthcare administration, science communication, nonprofit leadership, technology, innovation, or community engagement.Ideal CandidatesIdeal candidates are committed to ethical science communication, public education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and expanding access to reliable brain health knowledge. We are especially interested in individuals who believe neuroscience should not remain limited to laboratories, classrooms, or medical institutions, but should become more understandable and useful to the communities it serves.Time CommitmentThis is a flexible volunteer role. Advisory board members may contribute through occasional meetings, email feedback, mentorship, resource review, introductions, or project-based support depending on their availability and expertise.
