Senior Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Research, validate, classify, and implement master data adhering to business policies and procedures for global plants.• Maintain the integrity of master data procedures and lead routine audits.• Develop and maintain dashboards to ensure consistency and integrity of master data elements and procedures.• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure timely and accurate master data set-ups, monitoring performance metrics.• Provide ad-hoc analytics support to the team and stakeholders.• Lead continuous improvement, corporate, margin, and innovation projects, developing new business processes or technical solutions.• Monitor, maintain, and provide leadership for interfaces, resolving errors to prevent downstream process delays.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree.• 5-7 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.• Experience in Master Data Management with customer, vendor, or material data.• Advanced data analytics experience with SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms.• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.• Knowledge/Experience in SAP (MDG, ECC, S/4, APO).• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a customer-driven focus.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($78,000 - $156,000) plus bonus potential.• Opportunities for career development within an international company.• Access to comprehensive health and wellness benefits.• A supportive work environment recognized globally as a great place to work.Apply via Haystack today!
