Senior Plant Engineer (Norwich)

We're seeking a Senior Plant Engineer to lead facility operations, site utilities, and capital projects within a regulated biotech/pharma manufacturing environment.What You'll Do:Own performance and reliability of critical utilities (boilers, chillers, HVAC, power distribution, water systems, BMS)Lead capital projects from design through commissioning and validationEnsure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standardsDrive technical troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceLead and develop facility engineering teamsSupport change control, validation, and engineering documentationWhat We're Looking For:BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred)8–10+ years in plant/facility engineering within pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturingStrong experience with utilities, capital projects, and GMP environmentsProven leadership and project execution skillsThis is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role supporting critical operations.
