Job Description Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking a full time HR specialist and recruiter. Direct hire. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on HR & Recruiting Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through employee relations and HR administration. This is a highly visible role that requires someone who can balance recruiting responsibilities with day-to-day human resources functions in a fast-paced environment.
