SummaryAtomica is looking for a driven engineer to join our Process Control team. You'll provide key oversight and engineering support to keep our MEMS foundry running smoothly. This is a high impact role that includes close collaboration with the fab operations team to perform root cause analysis, resolve discrepancies, maintain in-spec products and use statistical process control and metrology tools to verify tool capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high mix of cutting-edge MEMS devices and AI automated inspection techniques in a growing organization.This position will provide engineering-level coverage on our 2nd shift, 4 days per week Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am.ObjectivesDevelop, implement, and monitor wafer fabrication processes, including operating metrology, lithography, vacuum, electroplating, and wet etch systems for MEMS product development and productionCreate process flows and design engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processesEdit and maintain technical documentation and training materialsAnalyze process performance using observational data and measurements to improve efficiency, output, and safetyCollaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure quality control and meet manufacturing objectivesServe as the shift lead for production programs to ensure alignment on lot movement and manufacturing targetsCapabilitiesBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) Hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication, including metrology, lithography, etch, cleans, or thin filmsProficient in data analysis with strong critical thinking skillsWorking knowledge of SPC for statistical process control and data analysisAttention to detail, teamwork, work ethic and communication skillsLean Six Sigma qualification (preferred)Knowledge of Labview (preferred)Background in electrical testing and yield analysis Must be a US Persons under ITAR (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum seeker).What Atomica Offers YouAmazing growth and learning opportunities in MEMSCompetitive Health, Vision, Dental Insurance401(k) and Roth 401(k) plan with company matchContinuing education opportunitiesPaid Time OffFlexible Spending AccountCatered in-office lunchesWhy work with us?
