PRN-Registered Nurse - Northern Nevada- Heritage Healthcare Services

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct in-home supervisory visits for EPSDT and VA clients. This role focuses on oversight, assessment, and support rather than skilled nursing tasks.The RN will manage a caseload of approximately 50-70 clients, ensuring required face-to-face visits every 60 days in the client's home.
