Commercial Lines Assistant
The Commercial Lines Assistant provides administrative and processing support to the Commercial Lines service team while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy changes.Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and promptly.Support renewal preparation and documentation.Maintain account data in AMS360.Assist with premium invoicing and follow-up on outstanding items.Coordinate with carriers and wholesalers on routine service requests.Complete special projects as assigned by management.QualificationsFlorida 2-20 Property & Casualty license preferred.Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license acceptable; transfer to 2-20 required.1–2 years of experience in an insurance agency or related environment preferred.Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management system a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Bilingual (English/Spanish).
