Our bakery is located in Denville, New Jersey.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Anthony & Sons Bakery. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of our bakery equipment, overseeing preventive maintenance tasks, supervising a team of maintenance staff, and ensuring efficient maintenance management of the facility.QualificationsSupervisory Skills: ability to lead, coach, and motivate a teamEquipment Maintenance: experience managing maintenance of large industrial bakery equipmentPreventive Maintenance: knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and processes for maximizing equipment lifespan and reducing downtimeMaintenance Management: ability to manage maintenance staff, prioritize tasks and oversee maintenance operations efficientlyMaintenance & Repair: ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipmentExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments to identify maintenance needs and schedule repairs proactivelyExperience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plusBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience will be consideredAt least 5-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or food production environment
