We have a culture of radical transparency, accountability at all levels, and customer-centric design.Position OverviewPDW is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to work with our sales team in supporting technical discovery, field demonstrations, and customer initiatives to support revenue-driving activities. The successful candidate will develop technical deployment and implementation plans and act as a conduit between PDW product teams and customers.Responsibilities:Assist with technical demos of PDW products to our partners and government customersGather requirements from process SMEs, document, configure, and implement technical solutionsAnswer technical RFIs to support and shape proposalsIdentify new opportunities to leverage PDW technology across various defense, law enforcement, and commercial mission setsProvide well-organized and concise feedback to Product Teams on customer requirementsCollaborate with PDW engineering teams and product managers to deliver top-notch solutions to customersRequirements:2-3 years of technical experience implementing and operating unmanned systemsExperience with the deployment of unmanned systems in combat environmentsKnowledge and experience working on technical research and development projects with defense primes, DOD innovation units, and government labs supporting technology transitions to programs of record50-75% travel with the possibility of international travelAn active passport and the ability to travel internationally are requiredFAA Part 107 License and prior experience operating sUASExperience using Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and JiraValid driver's licenseEducational Qualifications:Engineering (mechanical/electrical/robotics) degree or equivalent experienceITAR RequirementIn compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).Compensation and BenefitsPDW values our team, and we offer a compensation package reflective of your experience and capabilities.
