Risk Management ProfessionalSeeking a PMI certified Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)Work Location: Full Time on Site, New MexicoDuration: Long term Rate: is open and non-exemptHours: Full time / 40 hours (onsite)Per diem: $178.00/day (7 days per week)Mob / Demob: GSA ExpensesTrip Home: 1 paid trip home per monthUS Citizenship RequiredPrimary Responsibilities:Hands-On Risk Identification & AssessmentPersonally conduct risk identification workshops and lead assessment sessionsPerform detailed qualitative and quantitative risk analyses yourself using industry-standard toolsBuild, maintain, and update risk registers with your own analysis and documentationCreate risk assessment deliverables including probability/impact matrices, and reportsDevelop comprehensive risk response strategies and detailed mitigation plansWrite contingency and fallback plans with actionable stepsTrack and monitor risk triggers and early warning indicators in real-timePersonally implement and execute risk response actions as neededBuild and maintain risk tracking systems, dashboards, and databasesGenerate regular risk reports, presentations, and communicationsAnalyze risk data, calculate metrics, and produce trend analysesConduct hands-on risk audits and documentation reviewsCreate risk management plans, procedures, templates, and tools from scratchDevelop training materials and conduct risk management training sessionsDocument risk processes and best practicesIntegrate risk management activities directly into project workflowsWhat This Role IS:A hands-on practitioner who personally conducts risk analysesAn individual contributor who creates risk management deliverablesA technical expert who builds risk tools, registers, and reportsA detail-oriented professional who executes risk processes directlyWhat This Role IS NOT:A supervisory or management positionAn advisory role providing guidance while others executeA position focused on delegation and oversightEducation / Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field or 8+ years of relevant experiencePMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) certification is requiredPMP (Project Management Professional) certification highly preferredPhysical Requirements: Must be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 – 60 lbs.
