IT Application Analyst

Basic Qualifications: Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills 5+ years of knowledge and experience in a Windows environment 5+ years of knowledge and experience with Visual Studio, .Net, and C# Knowledge/experience with version control practices and version control tools Prior work with remoting into servers for troubleshooting Good understanding of SQL databases and writing queries Understanding of System change control processes Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of related experience working in an IT environment providing production support for vendor applications with experience in installing, maintaining, and managing multiple applications/systems Ability to balance both development and support roles Agile experience with ADO, Jira, etc. Experience in working on projects that involve business segments Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups Excellent communication, design, documentation, analytical, and SDLC skills Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Zenoss, Splunk, and log files to evaluate the health of mission critical production applications and to identify root causes for performance and functional issues.
