Customer Experience Bartender

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Participate in special events such as banquets or themed nights as needed. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is preferred; familiarity with cocktail preparation is a plus. Strong knowledge of sales techniques to promote beverages effectively. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Cash handling experience is required for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of brewing processes or specialty drinks is a nice-to-have asset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
