In this role, you’ll work closely with state agencies and service providers to understand users and relentlessly improve their experience. In this role, you’ll lead with curiosity—conducting user research, mapping journeys, and designing intuitive flows that support measurable outcomes.What You’ll DoLead user research efforts to uncover pain points and opportunities – getting scrappy when traditional access is limitedMap user journeys and service blueprints to visualize current vs. ideal experiencesDesign intuitive, accessible UI flows that align with key user and business outcomesWork closely with PMs and engineers to test, validate, and refine ideas through rapid iterationIdentify patterns in user behavior and translate insights into continuous UX improvementsSupport the team’s growth into a more data-informed and outcome-driven design organizationEmbrace change and help the team shift priorities when new information or business needs ariseWhat You BringWe welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
