Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote (Kansas Licensed Required)
Job Summary Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensed in Kansas to conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients. This role is 100% remote and focused strictly on assessment and clinical writing – no ongoing case management required.
What You’ll Do Conduct initial ABA assessments
Analyze data and identify clinical needs
Develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with payer requirements
Ensure timely completion of assessment reports
Collaborate with intake and clinical teams
Requirements Active BCBA certification (required)
Active Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (required)
Proven experience writing ABA treatment plans
Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Compensation & Benefits $60–$75 per hour (based on experience)
