A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to provide technical guidance for deploying production agents and configuring environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation engagements from requirements gathering to deployment and outcome review
Architect agent workflows and design agent architectures with customers for specific use cases
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot agent failures and integration problems
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in implementation engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role
Strong software engineering background with the ability to write production-quality code
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and developer tools
Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements effectively
