The IT Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the IT team, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the company's information technology systems. The role also includes developing and implementing IT strategies, overseeing system maintenance, and ensuring the network's reliability and security.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support specialistsMonitor ticket queues and ensure SLA adherence and issue resolutionHandle escalations and provide hands-on technical support when neededMaintain and improve internal documentation and the IT knowledge baseDevelop and optimize helpdesk workflows, ticket routing rules, and automationIdentify trends in support issues and work with Tech Ops leadership on long-term solutionsCollaborate with P&O on onboarding/offboarding processesSupport endpoint management, asset lifecycle, and inventory accuracyQualificationsInformation Technology and Technical Support skillsTeam Management and Team Leadership skillsTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in New York, NYBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience in leading IT projects and teams is a plusSeniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesDesign ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at F.
