Redpoint Engineer (Malvern)

Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Redpoint engineering/development.Strong hands-on experience with Redpoint Data Management (RPDM) and Redpoint Customer Engagement Hub (RCEH).Experience in ETL development, data integration, and data quality management.Proficiency in SQL, database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), customer segmentation, and marketing automation.Experience integrating with APIs, CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM), and cloud platforms.Familiarity with Python, Java, or scripting languages is preferred.Strong understanding of data governance, GDPR, CCPA, and privacy regulations.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
