Power Platform Developer - Remote
Location: RemoteWork Hours/Days: Standard KSA days/hours (Sunday to Thursday)Engagement: Initial 2-month Contract (Extendable)About the RoleThis role exists to digitize a small number of high-friction institutional forms — bilingual, secure and audit-ready — using an approved low-code or e-form platform. The approach is deliberately lean: two to three forms done properly, not a broader institutional portal.What You'll DeliverAn inventory and prioritization of institutional forms by volume, rework, client impact, supporting documents, approvals and feasibilityTwo to three production-ready Arabic/English forms with correct RTL behaviour, conditional logic, validation, declarations, confirmations and notificationsControlled document upload rules covering file type, size, naming, metadata, access and retentionA sequenced electronic-signature design with appropriate authentication, audit evidence and local legal/compliance validationControlled XLSX/CSV/PDF output packages for reliable downstream processing where no API integration existsConfiguration documentation, admin guidance, test evidence and a maintainable handoverKey ResponsibilitiesElicit field, validation, supporting-document, approval, security, retention and audit requirements from business and compliance ownersAssess and configure Power Apps/Power Automate (or an equivalent approved low-code/e-form platform) and the selected electronic-signature serviceDesign mixed-direction Arabic/English forms, validation messages, confirmation states and generated PDF outputImplement document-library metadata, access and retention patterns in SharePoint (or an equivalent approved repository)Design reliable export packages with failure/recovery handling for downstream manual processing, without re-keyingProvide limited form/document-capture configuration where a form is embedded in a separate case-management platformMust-Have ExperienceProduction, end-user-facing delivery in Power Apps/Power Automate or a directly comparable enterprise low-code/e-form platformDemonstrable Arabic/English form delivery — RTL layout, mixed-direction content, Arabic validation/error messaging and Arabic PDF output (hard requirement)Electronic-signature implementation covering signatory sequence, authentication, audit trail and evidence retentionDocument-management configuration covering metadata, naming, retention and role-based accessAbility to design clean, structured exports and handle failed, partial or duplicate submissions without direct core-system APIsExperience releasing to real users, including UAT, defect management, deployment and administrator handoverPreferred / AdvantageousInstitutional onboarding, KYC, subscription, redemption, account-maintenance or regulated client-servicing formsSaudi/GCC delivery experience and familiarity with locally accepted electronic-signature practicesExposure to Jira/Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Zoho Creator/Flow or similar workflow platformsExperience operating within a restricted data boundary rather than default public SaaS settingsWhat This Role Is NotNot a full institutional portal, enterprise document-management replacement, custom OCR, custom identity integration, or bespoke full-stack developmentOut of scope: broader Azure application architecture and credentials beyond Power Apps/Power AutomateNot ownership of the common case model and workflow releases — this role supports only embedded form and document-capture components
