Here's what it takes to succeed with us.High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferredAbility to operate or learn forklift equipment (training provided)Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems a plusBasic math skills and strong attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, climb, and move for 8-hour shiftsLift and carry 20-50 lbs regularlyUse ladders and perform repetitive movements throughout the shiftKey Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and process orders using RF scanners and pick ticketsPrepare shipments and verify accuracy of products and documentationLoad and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouseReceive, stock, and organize inventory in proper locationsPerform cycle counts and inventory verificationLabel and stage products for shipmentMaintain accurate paperwork and system transactionsSupport shipping, receiving, and other warehouse functions as neededCommunicate with team members, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhy This Role?
