Systems solutions meet stringent safety and regulatory standards worldwide.As part of Det-Tronics, we combine the agility of a focused engineering team with the scale, stability, and global reach of an established industrial leader.About the RoleThe Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in the full lifecycle development of safety-critical products, from early architecture and design through verification, validation, and sustaining engineering.You'll serve as a technical contributor and partner across engineering disciplines, helping drive robust, compliant, and manufacturable electronic designs that support R.C. Systems' expanding global product portfolio.What You'll DoDesign and develop mixed-signal electronic circuits (analog and digital)Create and maintain schematics using ECAD toolsGuide and review PCB/PCBA layout, placement, and routingPartner closely with firmware engineers on hardware/firmware integrationLead designs from concept through bench testing, verification, and validationAuthor and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and ECOsSupport root cause analysis, quality investigations, and corrective actionsParticipate in cross-functional technical reviews and documentationSupport multiple development programs concurrently in a fast-growing environmentWhat You BringMust-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering5+ years of professional engineering experience3+ years designing mixed-signal PCB/PCBA systemsStrong background in:Analog and digital circuit designSchematic capture and ECAD tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, or similar)PCB layout guidance and reviewBench-level and formal verification testingExperience with engineering change management and documentationStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsNice-to-Have ExperienceAnalog circuit design depthEMC design and compliance experienceExperience in regulated industries (industrial safety, medical, automotive, aerospace)Wireless and wired communication technologiesFMEA and risk mitigation techniquesFull product development lifecycle ownershipParticipation in product road mapping and resource planningWhy Join R.C.
