As our Remote Dispatch Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing one of the most stressful moments of their lives. Your ability to listen, gather critical information, reassure customers, and quickly coordinate our response team makes all the difference. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position where you'll stay connected with our Operations, Office, and Production teams while helping ensure every customer receives a fast, professional response. If you're organized, compassionate, tech-savvy, and love keeping things moving, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAnswer incoming emergency and customer service calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.Gather accurate information to ensure the right crews are dispatched quickly and efficiently.Schedule emergency response and restoration services using our job management software.Coordinate daily technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as priorities change.Follow up with customers throughout the restoration process to provide updates and exceptional service.Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation and data entry.Handle general customer inquiries, past service requests, and routine office communications.Collaborate remotely with our Operations, Business Development, and Production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Assist with additional administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.What We're Looking ForCalm and composed under pressureFriendly, compassionate, and customer-focusedHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAn excellent communicator with outstanding phone etiquetteComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy and able to quickly learn scheduling and dispatch softwareSelf-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environmentReliable, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer serviceA collaborative team player who communicates effectively with remote and field teamsPreferred QualificationsPrevious dispatching, scheduling, customer service, call center, or administrative experienceExperience in Restoration, construction or plumbing a plusExperience working remotely is a plusProficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software platformsHigh-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspaceCompensation & Benefits Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
