As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee construction site operations, ensure adherence to safety protocols, coordinate project schedules, and resolve on-site challenges. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, maintaining quality control, and communicating effectively with the project team to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Qualifications Construction management and site supervision skills, including scheduling and resource allocationExperience in safety compliance, quality control, and risk management on construction sitesStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholdersProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specificationsCapability to lead teams effectively and manage subcontractor relationshipsWorking knowledge of construction software tools, such as project management and scheduling softwareMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or related roles
