Work closely with physicians and specialists to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage patients with physical medicine, pain, and MSK conditionsPerform joint injections (required experience)Prescribe medications and appropriate treatment plansConduct comprehensive physical examinationsDevelop and implement effective patient care plans and best practicesCoordinate referrals to specialists and additional healthcare services as neededCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes Qualifications Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant clinical settingJoint injection experience is requiredStrong ability to build rapport and trust with patientsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand outpatient environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership and team-oriented mindsetIf you are ready to grow professionally while delivering exceptional rehabilitative care, we encourage you to apply and join our mission of advancing health and restoring quality of life.
