Job Title: Project Executive - Healthcare ConstructionLocation: Milwaukee, WI areaCompany: The Boldt CompanyAnticipated Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.In this role, you will provide overall leadership and accountability for active healthcare projects, serving as a trusted partner to owners while developing and mentoring project teams. This is an operations‑first leadership role, focused on executing work, supporting people, and delivering predictable outcomes—not a remote or purely client‑relations position.You will oversee a mix of repeat work, renovations, capital projects, and large ground up projects for long‑standing healthcare clients, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams. Your presence, judgment, and leadership will help bring stability, consistency, and confidence to both internal teams and external customers.The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000 to $195,000 annually. This range reflects anticipated base salary based on current market data.
