ER2 is a family-owned company built on long-term relationships, strong values, and pride in our work.Position SummaryThe Account Executive & Project Manager manages assigned client accounts and oversees projects from concept through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for execution, coordination, communication, and delivery.This is not an outside sales role. Projects and accounts are provided by ER2. Success in this position is driven by how well you manage projects, serve clients, and collaborate internally—not by generating your own leads.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contactLead projects from kickoff through completion, including scope, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate with internal teams across design, engineering, production, and installationMaintain proactive, clear, and professional client communicationEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budgetAnticipate and resolve challenges before they impact deliveryEnsure all work meets ER2 quality standardsPrepare estimates, proposals, and project documentationSupport long-term client relationships through strong execution and serviceQualifications & SkillsStrong project management, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in account management, project management, or client-facing rolesAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of design, printing, fabrication, or production processes is a plusComfortable using project management or CRM toolsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable(No bachelor’s degree required—experience and capability matter more.)Compensation & BenefitsBase salary plus a 1% performance bonus on assigned projects401(k) with 3% company matchHealth insurance and benefits as outlined in the ER2 employee manualPaid company phoneOffice access and full internal supportPer diem for travelMileage reimbursement for drivingPaid time off and holidaysAnnual performance reviewsLong-term growth opportunities within a stable, family-owned companyOur CultureER2 Image Group is a family company with strong family values.
