This role supports data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of data assets across the enterprise, contributing to the organization's mission to enhance health outcomes.Responsibilities:Transform usage data into structured datasets and analytical outputs using cloud data integration toolsDesign, build, and maintain data integration workflows and ETL/ELT pipelinesUtilize AI tools to automate data engineering tasks and improve processesDevelop and deploy AI-powered data solutions with responsible AI practicesEvaluate new technology trends for pipeline optimization and innovationWrite efficient SQL queries and data transformation scriptsMonitor and troubleshoot data processing workflows to ensure data qualityDocument data pipelines, data mapping, and system architecturesRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year experience in data engineering, analysis, or software developmentExperience with relational databases and SQLExperience with programming or scripting languages for data processing (e.g., Python, Scala, Java)Basic knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation, and data warehousingWillingness to learn Google Cloud Data FusionAbility to analyze and troubleshoot data quality and pipeline performance issuesPay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employmentAdditional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibilityBenefits & Perks:401(k)Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
