We're committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that's welcoming, respectful and inclusive, with great opportunity for professional growth.Position LocationSeattle, WAPosition ResponsibilitiesAct as an ambassador between design and development, using the appropriate communication languageBuild coded front‐end UI prototypes using current design standardsWork with product owner to create UI requirements based on business, technical and user needsHelp determine technical feasibility of initial designsParticipate in user testing sessionsWork with development team to ensure UI components are reusable and assist in visual testing efforts to maintain original layout and functionSupport and contribute to UX design standards as part of the design teamBasic QualificationsMinimum 5 years of responsive front‐end design and development experienceExperience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other modern languages and frameworksExperience with Google's Material Design guidelines and best practices for web applicationsUnderstanding of Apple's design guidelines and best practices for iOS and iPadOSPreferred QualificationsExperience developing modern, front‐end UI for web applicationsDevelop coded prototypes for usability testingStrategic design thinkerEffective time‐management skillsStrong technical and design communication skillsBachelor's or Master's Degree in a related fieldPay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay with variable compensation. Eligible employees may enroll in health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and paid/unpaid leave. Pay range $127,500 – $172,500.
