The Role This is a blended Chief Clinical Officer / Chief Operating Officer leadership position.This executive will:Oversee and build clinical infrastructureDesign operational workflows across the entire organizationLead and grow BCBA teamsEnsure billing, intake, recruiting, and scheduling are scalable and efficientDrive company-wide systems developmentHelp take the organization from early‑stage growth into regional expansionThis leader must be able to operate at both 10,000 feet and ground level — strategic and hands‑on. What You Must Bring We are specifically looking for someone with:20+ years of ABA leadership experienceProven experience overseeing and scaling ABA organizationsExperience managing hundreds (ideally thousands) of clientsStrong executive presence and leadership maturityDeep knowledge of CentralReach (expert level)Experience building workflows across:IntakeSchedulingStaffingRecruitingBilling & Revenue CycleAbility to develop and mentor strong BCBA teamsTrack record of creating cultures where clinicians thrive and stayOperational fluency in authorizations, AR, utilization, and reimbursementComfort operating in high-growth environments with many moving partsThis is not a clinical-only role. This is a clinical + operational builder role.
