Client Service Analyst – Corporate Trust / Agency ServicesLocation: HybridExperience Level: 1–3 yearsEmployment Type: ContractInterview Process: One round (Virtual)Visa: Open to all work authorizationsJob Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Analyst to support corporate trust and agency service operations. This role involves working closely with Account Managers and internal teams to manage financial transactions, support client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.Key Responsibilities:Support Account Managers in servicing a portfolio of domestic and international clients across corporate trust and agency transactionsFacilitate day-to-day client interactions and respond to account-related inquiriesProcess and manage financial transactions including identification, transfer, investment, and disbursement of fundsHandle payment activities through Fedwire, SWIFT, and ACH systemsMonitor borrower compliance with reporting requirements and contractual obligationsEnsure accuracy and completion of weekly and monthly reporting, including overdrafts, deal events, and account reviewsCollaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Compliance, and Business Control to ensure smooth execution of processesMaintain strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsSupport multi-role transactions including account bank, collateral agent, administrative agent, and trustee functionsRequired Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or corporate trust/loan operationsStrong understanding of financial transactions, payment processing, and account servicingExperience with wire transfers such as SWIFT, ACH, or FedwireExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to corporate trust, syndicated loans, or agency servicesExperience in project finance or structured finance environmentsFamiliarity with collateral and security trustee servicesUnderstanding of administrative agent functions in loan structures
