3 Month contract-to-hireDowntown Tampa (fully in-office)$90K - $100KOur client is not able to provide sponsorship now or in the futurePrimary ResponsibilitiesCRM System AdministrationOversee daily administration and maintenance of the organization’s CRM and ticketing systems.Act as the primary point of contact for CRM support, including configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, integrations, and plug-in management.Coordinate and manage all CRM-related development efforts and technical support requests with vendors.Lead and support CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, feature rollouts, migrations, and integrations with internal and external systems.Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions to maintain proper security and usability.Define, document, and enforce system standards, workflows, naming conventions, and operating procedures.Customize system fields, layouts, workflows, and automation to meet evolving business requirements.Conduct needs assessments with departments and recommend system upgrades or process improvements.Develop and document business process workflows and automation requirements.Monitor system performance and vendor compliance to ensure stability, efficiency, and adherence to standards.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance CRM functionality and improve user experience.Provide user onboarding, training, and ongoing education for CRM modules, enhancements, and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent system usage aligned with organizational goals.Reporting & Data ManagementDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using CRM reporting tools, Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.Write and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics needs.Build and manage databases and tables that support data warehousing, historical tracking, and real-time reporting.Implement job scheduling, notifications, and automation for reporting processes.Partner with departments to define, track, and report on KPIs, metrics, and annual performance goals.Perform in-depth data analysis to ensure reporting aligns with operational and business requirements.Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes to maintain reporting accuracy.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including metrics validation and data archiving.Design and maintain service surveys, manage historical data, and produce analytical summaries.Develop technical documentation and SOPs for reporting systems and processes.Identify risks, data issues, and reporting gaps, escalating concerns to leadership as appropriate.Assist in planning, estimating, and implementing reporting and analytics solutions.Continuously review and recommend improvements to reporting platforms and technologies.Organizational EngagementMaintain strong working relationships across teams to support organizational objectives.Support cross-departmental initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.Follow organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and courtesy in all interactions.Actively support diversity, inclusion, and equitable access across the organization.Represent and reinforce the organization’s values and commitment to excellent service.
