Sample MakerGarment Sample MakerSummary: The Sample Maker is responsible for creating high-quality garment samples from patterns and design specifications. This role works closely with Design, Pattern Making, and Production teams to ensure fit, construction, and workmanship meet brand standards and timelines.Key Responsibilities: Construct lingerie samples from start to finish, including bras, panties, and related intimate apparel Interpret patterns, tech packs, and design sketches accurately Sew samples using industrial sewing machines single needle, double needle, overlock, coverstitch, etc. Apply lingerie-specific techniques such as elastic application, lace handling, boning, underwire casing, and delicate fabric construction Make fit and construction corrections as requested by Design or Pattern Making Ensure samples meet quality, fit, and aesthetic standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of craftsmanshipQualifications Skills: 5 years of experience as a Sample Maker, preferably in lingerie or intimate apparel Strong knowledge of lingerie construction and materials Experience working with delicate fabrics such as lace, mesh, microfiber, and stretch knits Ability to read and work from patterns and tech packs Excellent attention to detail and sewing accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple samples.Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PMPay Range: $20.00 $23.00 per hour, based on experienceWork Environment: Sample room or manufacturing environment Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
