Under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Director, is responsible for supporting all efforts of the Marketing & Sales Department sales goals, providing Sales support 2 days per week while providing administrative support three days per week.What You'll Do:Admin Support & SalesAnswer incoming phone line to obtain pertinent information from calling party for appropriate follow-through.Provide clerical support including data entry, generating reports, preparing marketing collateral packages, making copies, organizing presentation folders, preparing admission packages, ensuring that all paperwork is processed through the proper departments.Work with the team to plan and execute marketing events.The right candidate will participate in a 6-month internal training program for sales. Upon completion, you will be able to:Have an understanding of the senior living industry, levels of living, and contract types offered.Gather appropriate information from seniors and/or their families to determine if MonteCedro is right choice for their needs and interests.Build relationships with prospects and manage the sales process from first contact to move-in.Understand and execute resident contracts, agreements and settlements.Meet prospect calls, tours, and sales targets, and ensure timely documentation of information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Work cohesively with the internal team to ensure residents have a smooth move in and adjustment process.The Skills You'll Need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 2+ years experience in an administrative support role, hospitality and/or senior services indutry experinece strongly recommneded, will provide training in marketing & sales. Experience with large event management is preferred. Must be highly efficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
