Here is what you will be doing on a daily and weekly basis:
Identify sales targets by making phone calls, sending emails, face-to-face interaction and prospecting to prospective clients
Can you use a CRM system and emailing platform? Great! If you enjoy social media and marketing, even better!
Use your creativity to meet with prospects, communicate with lost accounts to try and get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities.
Assist and manage marketing vendors and collaborate on company's digital presence.
Hit weekly and monthly sales metrics/goals.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers
Maintain quality expectations with prospective clients
Manage and update the CRM database
Requirements:
1 year outbound B2B sales prospecting experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM platforms
Highly organized and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
Excellent communication skills
Salesforce experience helpful
City Wide offers an attractive compensation package including:
Salary of $45-52K plus uncapped commission (full compensation $65,000 - $100,000+year 1)
