The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining memberships, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include assisting with sales inquiries, facilitating communication between team members and clients, and supporting the execution of events and programs. Administrative tasks and organizational duties will also be part of day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring efficient membership management operations.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with members and resolve inquiries promptly.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks to manage schedules, records, and memberships efficiently.Familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to support the team in driving memberships and account management.Experience in Event Management to organize and coordinate member-focused events and programs effectively.Proficient in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and using relevant software tools for membership records and communication.Prior experience in a membership-focused role or customer-centric environment is a plus.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or coursework in customer service or business administration are advantageous.
