Project Leader Biostatistician

Leading government-sponsored clinical research projects, the full-time remote Project Leader Biostatistician will manage project execution, oversee deliverable quality, and maintain client relationships while mentoring staff and collaborating across departments. Key responsibilities Accountable for the technical, scientific, and fiscal execution of research projects through collaboration with various departments Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing needs and proposing solutions for statistical issues Develops and approves project plans, budgets, and study documents while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality processes Required qualifications Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or PhD with 3+ years in a project management role within a research environment Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex clinical trials or research projects on time and within budget Strong working knowledge of clinical trial management principles and operations Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound business and ethical judgment Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
