General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Manage staff training and development, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels. Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members, ensuring alignment with the restaurant’s values. Develop budgets and manage financial performance, including cost control measures. Supervise kitchen management activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Provide leadership during shifts, addressing any operational issues promptly to maintain service excellence. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and resolve any concerns. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques. Familiarity with casual dining, fine dining, quick service restaurants, or banquet services is preferred. Demonstrated ability in team management, shift management, and supervising staff effectively. Experience with training & development initiatives to enhance employee performance. Background in hospitality management or food service management is highly desirable.
