Project Commercial Contracts Manager (site-based, renewables construction)
Overview Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for renewable energy and a desire to be at the heart of the action? We are seeking a site-based Commerical Contract Manager! for overall management of a project contract during the pre-construction and execution phases. This position will be responsible for administration of EPC contracts in conjunction with project leadership, including risk identification and management during project execution, providing input during pre-construction activities and negotiations as required, and for coordinating directly with the site leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams to pro-actively monitor and manage contractual terms, draft notices, and coordinate change order administration. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that construction projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and requirements. Their expertise is essential for minimizing risks and fostering positive relationships among all stakeholders involved in the project.Location & Travel Details: You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the United States.You'll get the opportunity to travel across the U.S., helping our team build renewable projects, spending 12-18 months on average per project.We offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses.
