About UsBurbity Workspaces is a people-centric coworking community with five locations in the Spokane area. Our mission is to make work more productive, fun, connected, and healthy for entrepreneurs and remote workers.We are currently hiring a part-time Community Coordinator (24-28 hours per week) to oversee the day-to-day operations at our Liberty Lake location. Hours may vary, but a typical workday would be 10:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 10:00 am- 2:00 pm on Friday.About YouYou’re a natural multitasker who thrives in a dynamic office environment. You don’t mind pitching in with event setup, facility upkeep, or learning new skills through professional development.The RoleAs Community Coordinator, you will play a key role in administration, community building, and facilities management. You will also assist with managing our social media and other digital marketing efforts. Your work directly contributes to creating a vibrant, authentic, and thriving community at Burbity Workspaces.Qualifications• You love people and have a proven track record in hospitality and customer service.• A natural host, you anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and maintain discretion.• Strong emotional intelligence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Professional, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented with top-notch time management.• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and resourceful—thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment.• Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.• Experienced in back-office administration (2+ years).• Comfortable with tech: professional email writing, research, and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).• Basic troubleshooting skills for both Mac and PC systems.• Process-driven and efficient-minded; you take pride in improving operations.• Flexible, innovative, and accountable, you own your work and your mistakes.Physical Requirements• Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours per day.• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver cleaning equipment such as a mop and vacuum.• Ability to lift and move furniture or other items weighing up to 50 pounds.• Ability to climb and work safely from a ladder when required.Benefits:• PTO accrual that can be utilized after 90 days of employment.• Six paid holidays per year• $30.00 Cell phone stipend• $100.00 stipend monthly for Health Care• 401K with Company match up to 3%For more information, please visit our careers page on our website:https://burbity.com/careers/
