Position SummaryThe Shipping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of outbound orders and maintaining clear communication between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both digital shipment planning and hands-on operations on the warehouse floor. This role ensures that every order leaves our facility on time, correctly packed, and aligned with customer expectations — protecting our reputation for reliability and service.
