This is a chronic, in-center role supporting multiple peninsula locations. The RN will play a key role in patient care, education, and coordination with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.Key Responsibilities: Provide and oversee dialysis treatments for patients. Educate patients and families on dialysis care and treatment plans. Supervise and support Dialysis Technicians. Adjust treatment plans based on standing orders and patient care plans. Monitor patient outcomes and respond to changes in condition. Administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Requirements: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required. Previous dialysis experience required. Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing preferred.
