Insurance Account Executive - Personal Lines

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Account Executive - Personal Lines based in Wilton, CT, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Insurance Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing personal lines insurance accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include evaluating client needs, recommending suitable insurance coverage options, processing policy renewals and endorsements, resolving client inquiries, and liaising with insurance carriers and underwriters to secure competitive and comprehensive insurance solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in managing Personal Lines insurance accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and addressing client needs.Strong knowledge of risk management principles and various insurance products such as Homeowners, Automobile, Umbrella, and Life Insurance.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in using insurance agency management systems and technology, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Prior experience in an insurance agency environment is preferred; relevant insurance certifications or licensing are a plus.Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with a balance of in-office and remote work.
