Process Engineer 2

CyberCore is looking for a Process Engineer 2. Applies process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes. Facilitates project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives. Coordinates the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Acts as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts. Coordinate and schedule process assessments Analyze assessment results and make improvement recommendations Assess Process Improvement progress and report findings Assist in defining Process Improvement strategy and lesson learns Develop the plans for process assessments, both informal and formal Work closely with the systems and software engineering process development team members to determine organizational readiness for assessment as well as in conducting assessments Lead assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments Ensure assessment results and recommendations are used as the basis for improvement plans Evaluate Systems Engineering and Software Engineering processes to address problems with process work flows, organizational structure and alignment and planning. Conducts training sessions and workshops for Process Improvement activities Interpret and promote the use of Process Improvement best practices Assist in Enterprise level Systems and Software Engineering Process Improvement initiatives Lead Process Improvement effort utilizing CMM/CMMI or other similar process models Ensure processes are established and documented to support the application and institutionalization of sound systems and software engineering discipline and continuous process improvement Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process #J-18808-Ljbffr
