TOWER LEAD

Roles and Responsibilities: The Tower Lead will be the lead man on the tower and assist the tower foreman with day to day tasks. New Site Builds Tower MODs Inspections / Tower Mapping MW install / Maintenance Fiber Splicing Daily status updates to management team Experience and Education 2-3 year tower Climbing experience Anritsu certified (preferred) Ability to read / understand blueprints Knowledge of standard knots and rigging practices Benefits Competitive Hourly Wages Daily Per Diem (Hotels paid by Company) Annual Bonus Paid Vacation & Holidays Available Insurance – Medical / Dental / Vision Retirement – 401k w/ company match All applicants must be willing to under go and pass a background check and pre employment drug test.
