Zen Windows is seeking a disciplined, self-motivated and hardworking Intrapreneur to drive our consultative sales efforts in the Portland region. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a flexible, high-reward environment with unlimited earning potential. The successful candidate will focus on generating leads and opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales with both B2B and B2C clients. Completion of each successful sales goal stage will result in new perks and incentives. This is your opportunity to build your own business within a business. It's for a self-directed closer who also knows how to build a repeatable process — and wants to put their fingerprints on a company that's actively growing.What you'll own in year oneLaunch and grow the premium EnerLux window line — prospecting remodelers, architects, design-build contractors, and upscale homeowners through outbound outreach, BNI or equivalent networking, and referral partnershipsBuild and document a repeatable 10-step residential sales process from first contact through signed contract — usable for training future hiresMentor and support existing sales staff — share objection-handling techniques, ride-alongs, and structured coaching toward measurable performance improvementTrack pipeline and activity in Builder Prime CRM — report on close rates, average ticket, and lead source performance weeklyDevelop B2B contractor and builder relationships that generate repeat and referred volume — not just one-off homeowner appointmentsYou're probably a fit if you…Have 4+ years sales experience — with demonstrated outbound prospecting success.
