Job DescriptionJOB DETAILSBase Pay: $22.00 per hour1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PMBenefits Start Day 180 Hours Paid Time OffWeekly PayOn Demand Pay (easy access to your pay when you need it)Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe Shipping & Receiving associate is responsible for tasks that are related to pulling, staging, and loading orders for customers as well as maintaining finished goods inventory and installation supplies. These tasks include, but are not limited to, lifting, and carrying product, repackaging product, operating, and maintaining a forklift, meeting strict deadlines, loading, and organizing trucks, processing, and distributing paperwork, yard/warehouse cleanliness & organization.Operate and maintain a forklift. (Training and certification provided)Pull, stage and load orders for customers from the yard and warehouseCoordinate timely staging of all products to ensure delivery by job ready dateUse computer to access orders and reports. Excel, Outlook, and ERP programStack product and pallets according to standardsOrganize and prioritize daily activitiesExhibits a professional manner and communicate effectively with coworkers and customersMaintain well organized finished goods inventory and installation suppliesGeneral clean up and preventative maintenance activitiesLifting and carrying productRepackaging productMeeting strict deadlinesCommitment to an excellent customer experienceWork safely every day. Attend regular safety trainings and meetingsFollowing all safety policies and procedures.
