Voice SpecialistThe voice specialist will have primary accountability for IP telephony / voice systems support migrations from our legacy Cisco phone system to our Microsoft Teams system. These migrations must be completed adhering to all processes and procedures and all documentation requirements. This role requires a very high degree of competency and experience with network and telecommunication voice systems in a large enterprise environment.Primary duties include parsing through 18-year-old data to determine which end users are good candidates to migrate to the new voice system. Timely resolution of IPT related issues while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction; maintenance, monitoring and support of all IPT and voice system infrastructure; IPT system administration. Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating schedule. Candidate must be able to work remote.EducationBachelor/Associates degree in a related field; 3 to 5 years of experience in voice implementations, and/or operations in a large corporate environment.OR 5-7 years of experience.Current Voice / Networking related Cisco certifications are highly desired CCNP Voice or Collaboration, CCNA Collaboration, Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM), etc.
