Job Description Litigation ParalegalCoral Gables, FL | Full-Time | On-SiteAnnesser Armenteros is a business litigation firm representing companies, business owners, and partners in complex commercial disputes. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit through trial.This role is best suited for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is comfortable handling multiple active cases.ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit, discovery, motion practice, and trialDraft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondenceOrganize and manage case files, exhibits, and large document productionsAssist with e-discovery review and document managementPrepare deposition summaries, case chronologies, and timelinesHandle state and federal court e-filings and ensure compliance with deadlines and rulesMaintain litigation calendars (hearings, depositions, mediations, trials)Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendorsAssist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and trial bindersProvide support during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trialsQualifications2–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferredStrong understanding of litigation procedures and court filingsExperience with state and/or federal court e-filing systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and active casesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth insurancePaid time off and holidaysCollaborative and fast-paced litigation environmentOpportunity to grow within a busy business litigation practiceWhy Join UsThis is a hands-on litigation role where you will be directly involved in active commercial disputes and work closely with attorneys on meaningful casework from start to finish.We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to execute under pressure.
