We are currently seeking an experienced andmotivated Removable Lab Manager to lead our removable prosthetics department and supportour growth in digital and traditional workflows.Position OverviewThe Removable Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of theremovable department, including dentures, partials, and other removable prosthetics. This roleensures quality control, workflow efficiency, team development, and collaboration with otherdepartments to maintain exceptional service to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the removable department team (technicians, support staff).Oversee case flow, production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.Ensure quality standards and fabrication protocols are met or exceeded.Implement and monitor digital workflows where applicable.Train and mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and foster a positive workenvironment.Communicate with clinicians and internal departments to resolve technical issues.Maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of the lab area.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on removable prosthetics experience, including full andpartial dentures.Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a dental laboratory setting required.Strong understanding of traditional and digital removable processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the team.BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Health insuranceDental & vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for continuing education and professional development
