We seek colleagues with:
Position Requirements: Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree. Preferred: Master's Degree
Minimum Experience Required: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience with 3-5 years in sub-acute, acute inpatient rehabilitation or similar setting.
Experience Details: Ambulatory or Case Management Experience: 1-2 years
Licensure/Certifications: Required: Current Registered Nurse License State of Illinois. Desired: national certification in case management.
Pay Range: $71,718.40 - $124,633.60 per year
Actual compensation will fall within the rangebut may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
